Shipping
I ship worldwide from Finland, as a standard without tracking, shipping costs as well as VAT are included in the price except otherwise noted. If a tracking is needed, please send a message to ruth.landesa@gmail.com and consider 10 euros extra cost per parcel.
Products will be dispatched withing 3-5 working days of the payment being cleared.
Payment
All payments are processed through PAYPAL, a fully secure and well-trusted online payment processor. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. For more information about Paypal visit the site www.paypal.com.
For customers living in Finland, a normal bank transaction is accepted, pls contact me at ruth.landesa@gmail.com.
Return policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition withing 14 days of the expected date of arrival. If a tracking number was used, then 7 days from the date of arrival. The shipping costs of a returned item are not reimbursed. Refunds are processed through Paypal upon the arrival of the returned items to Loviisa. Please, feel free to contact me if any doubt or question.
