These days we have received a wonderful present: Some delicious beers and jelly jars from Tertin Kartano, Mikkeli.

Tertti is an old Finnish manor that has been renovated according to the traditional Finnish style. Just a perfect place to stay, eat, have a coffee or simply visit and enjoy a relaxing and grateful atmosphere.

It’s also possible to buy some delicacies locally produced at the small Tertti’s shop (mustard is something to try …).

And guests can also enjoy in their rooms the wonderful interior decoration by Mirja Backmansson, designer, painter, interior decorator, that was Glorian Koti magazine editor for “a life”,  great friend of mine and coleague, among others, in  the “little Christmas decorations made from recycled materials”

Tertti Manor is granted the Building and Environmental Art prize of Southeastern Finland as a recognition of treasuring traditions.
