I´m going to have just the traditional Finnish menu for dinner at the Christmas Eve : Ham (Joulukinkku) with mustard, casseroles, marinated salmon, Christmas pastries (Joulutortut) …Ginger cookies (Joulupiparit)
But I´m also preparing this, (with the “salmon caviar” in the jars below) that is simple and just perfect as starter…
And I hope that Santa comes with lots of gifts….

.I have decided this year to decorate the Christmas biscuits ….. I thought it was easy but the sugar paste part of the process doesn’t go as well as I wanted…. I keep trying. ( Anyway ….they don´t look so bad..)
